Two very nice Cantorials for the special Sukkos program:

1. Mo Oshiv- sung by Cantor Herman Malamood, accompanied by the Bob Reisenman orchestra and recorded in 1977. Cantor Herman Malamood (1941-1989) was an opera singer and chazzan who davvened for many years at the Concord Hotel. He passed away at a very young age in 1989.

2. V’seh Erav-sung by Cantor Shabsai Ackerman, accompanied by the Oscar Julius choir. Cantor Shabsai Ackerman was born in Russia in 1914 where he did his first Cantorial work. In the mid-1950’s he came to America and had for many years a prestigious pulpit in Detroit. He retired to Florida, where he passed away in 2007.
