Born in Rumania, he was survivor of the Holocaust and davvened in Frankfurt, Germany after the war before coming to the United States. He served two major congregations in Baltimore before leaving to go to New York in the early 1970’s. He passed away some years ago but I was unable to find the exact date of his death.
